Hi, I’m Vanessa — a certified prenatal and postpartum fitness coach helping women feel strong, confident, and connected through every stage of motherhood.

As a prenatal and postpartum exercise specialist, I have worked with many women who have felt unmotivated throughout pregnancy and disconnected from their bodies and themselves postpartum. I have watched them walk out feeling empowered, energized, and proud of what their bodies can do.

This isn’t about bouncing back. It’s about smart, supportive movement that meets you where you are — whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or finding your strength again. I've seen firsthand how empowering it is when women feel proud of what their bodies can do.

Together, we’re rewriting the narrative — building a community where motherhood fuels strength, not limits it.
